Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 May 2026

1. Scope

RiteVizor (the “Platform”) is an internal performance appraisal tool operated by Interactive Digital Ltd (“Interactive Digital”, “Company”, “we”, “us”). Access is granted to you as part of your employment, contracting or other authorised relationship with Interactive Digital. By signing in, you agree to these Terms of Use.

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, your underlying employment contract, contractor agreement or any other written agreement with Interactive Digital. Where these Terms conflict with your underlying agreement on a substantive matter, the underlying agreement prevails.

2. Account Provisioning

RiteVizor is a provisioning-only platform. Accounts are created by an administrator using your work email and Google Workspace identity. Self-registration is not available. When your relationship with Interactive Digital ends, your account will be deactivated.

3. Authentication

You authenticate using your Interactive Digital Google Workspace account. You are responsible for the security of that account, including its password and any second-factor configuration. Do not share your credentials with anyone or sign in on devices you do not control. Report suspected compromise of your account immediately to IT.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

The Platform operates with several roles. You may hold one or more of them at any time:

  • Appraisees must complete self-assessments honestly, with relevant evidence, by the published deadlines.
  • Raters must assess in good faith, applying the published rubrics and rating scales without bias or favouritism, and must complete their assessments by the published deadlines.
  • Calibrators must apply the calibration rules fairly and document the rationale for any override.
  • Function heads writing Band 5 sidebars must provide candid, evidence-based commentary and respect the non-anonymous nature of the sidebar.
  • Administrators (HR, the COO and the GCEO) operate within the published role permissions and audit expectations.

5. Confidentiality

All content on RiteVizor — including goals, self-assessments, evidence, ratings, calibration outputs, IDP narratives, function- head sidebars and audit logs — is confidential to Interactive Digital. You may not:

  • Disclose another colleague's ratings, narratives or IDP content to anyone outside the role-based audience defined in the Platform.
  • Export, screenshot or copy Platform content for any purpose other than the legitimate operation of the appraisal cycle.
  • Use Platform content in a way that would constitute retaliation, harassment or discrimination against any colleague.

Breach of confidentiality may be a breach of your employment or contractor agreement and may give rise to disciplinary action.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose. You will not:

  • Submit false, misleading or fabricated evidence or ratings
  • Attempt to access data or features outside your assigned role
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform, including attempting to bypass authentication, authorisation or audit controls
  • Upload content that contains malware, infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law
  • Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or extract bulk data from the Platform

7. Content You Submit

You retain authorship of self-assessment narratives, comments and other text you contribute. By submitting content to the Platform, you authorise Interactive Digital to use it for the operation of the appraisal cycle and for related HR, governance and record-keeping purposes, including to make decisions about progression, compensation and development.

You are responsible for ensuring that any evidence you link or upload is appropriate to share within the Platform's role-based audience and does not include personal data of third parties beyond what the cycle reasonably requires.

8. Audit and Monitoring

Your activity on the Platform — including sign-in events, submission events, rating actions and calibration overrides — is audit-logged. Logs are reviewed by HR and platform administrators for governance, dispute handling and security purposes. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to this monitoring.

9. Availability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may apply maintenance, security updates or feature changes without prior notice where reasonable.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, breach of your underlying agreement with Interactive Digital, or where access is no longer required for your role. Termination of your employment or contracting relationship will automatically deactivate your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interactive Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. Decisions on progression, compensation and development are made by Interactive Digital's leadership using the Platform as one input among others; the Platform itself does not make those decisions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising in connection with the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of Accra, Ghana, subject to any dispute-resolution provisions in your underlying agreement with Interactive Digital.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via platform notification and email. Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
